Apian Environmental professionals include certified lead-based paint, mold, and asbestos containing materials inspectors who have experience sampling both public and private properties. In addition to initial, delineation, or clearance environmental surveys, Apian Environmental can also provide corrective action plans (CAP) and management plans in the event hazardous materials are detected.

Apian Environmental is capable of performing both Phase I or Phase II environmental site assessments for any type of property. Because of our size and ability, we can provide a quick turnaround to meet due diligence or closing deadlines. In an effort to provide our clients with high-quality and detailed information, our quality assurance standards designate two professionals review each Phase I or Phase II report.
